Shipping and Returns

Everything about delivery times, shipping costs and how exchanges and returns work.

Shipping

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  • Mainland Portugal: estimated delivery in 2 to 4 business days.
  • Azores and Madeira: estimated delivery in 5 to 8 business days.
  • European Union: estimated delivery in 4 to 8 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange, as provided by law. Items must be returned in good condition, unworn and, where possible, with the original tags and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, contact us through the Contact page or at customers@rebellionbrand.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the shipping instructions.

Once we receive the item, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong order, get in touch straight away. We cover all costs and sort it out as quickly as possible.
